I am a Master Student at Department of Epidemiology & Biostatistics at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) advised by Prof. Aaron Scheffler. I am a graduate student researcher for UCSF Multitudes Project at the UCSF Memory and Aging Center.
My current research focused on Bayesian ordinary differential equation (ODE) disease progression model leveraging ADNI data. My research interests include Bayesian modeling, Machine learning algorithms, Multimodal data integration for health and biomedical data.
Prior to my arrival at UCSF, I received an MS from New York University, advised by Prof. Hai Shu and a BA in Bioscience from Zhejiang University.
